Delivery.
Each piece is made to order, inspected and recorded before its journey. Production normally takes 8–11 weeks so the atelier can complete the construction and quality checks with care.
Returns & cancellation.
A complete order may be cancelled free of charge during the first 24 hours after confirmation. After that window, production begins. Complimentary returns are arranged only where the House confirms a manufacturing defect; made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for sizing or preference.
Sizing.
Please confirm your measurements and selected size before ordering. Our team can advise on proportion, construction and fit before a number is held.
Preservation.
The certificate carries the care record for every material. Long-term repair enquiries remain attached to the piece.
